Craig A. Hassel, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor and Extension Specialist in Food and Nutrition in the department of Food Science & Nutrition at the University of Minnesota and a Fellow at the Cultural Wellness Center. In his study, Craig attempts to bridge knowledge and understanding of food and health with cultural communities holding knowledge incompatible with current academic understandings.
