We invite you to join this community-led development process designed to achieve the communities’ aspirations to right past wrongs and to revitalize Rondo for descendants and those who live here now. Furthermore, to honor the history of African Americans in Minnesota, and their economic and cultural contributions to the city of Saint Paul, as the community of Rondo serves as a model for restorative development success.
